Premium Engineering Support
This type of per-incident-support services will enable eligible partners currently enrolled in VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program to receive support from VMware for hardware certification or hardware enablement issues with VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi server 4.x to speed up product development and testing.
Currently, this service is required and available only for TAP Select level server/OEM vendors and storage array vendors as specified in VMware Server Certification Program Guide and VMware Storage Certification Program Guide (all available on VMware Partner Central).
