VMware Certification Service - Group 3
This service will enable eligible partners currently enrolled in VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program Elite members and above to submit their certification logs or related support issues to VMware for a review in relation to the following programs (subject to change without further notice):

  • VMware Ready vCenter Orchestrator Plug-in Program



For qualified programs: Once VMware confirms that the partner has successfully completed the certification testing, VMware will list the product in the online VMware Compatibility Guide.

  • Approved hardware certifications will be posted on the VMware Compatibility Guide
  • Quick response time and easy case tracking system to help ensure high quality services
  • Flexible “pay-as-you-go” model
  • Provide expert support in hardware certification or hardware enablement areas for TAP partners
  • Combination of Certification and Support price points promoting “Ease of Purchase” ability.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Only authorized TAP Elite members and above can purchase the SKU.
  • It is valid for one year after purchase and does not include VMware product updates or upgrades.
  • This per incident support service is non-refundable. An incident cannot be credited back or refunded even if the issue was resolved without help from a technical support engineer, for example: figuring it out yourself or finding the answer in the product documentation or Knowledge Base.
