Incident Pack – Limited, Incident Based Technical Support (Pack of 3 incidents)
The Incident Pack support level enables Ecosystems Services partners to submit a limited number of incidents to the support team. Partners who are very close to product development completion and have very few unresolved technical issues before certification, can take advantage of this level of limited support. Support includes troubleshooting of technical issues for supported SDKs, and APIs. Partners are required to be enrolled in one or more of the Ecosystem Services PEPA Program Categories and should have signed the Subscription Based SOW in order to take advantage of this Support Option. This limited support option may not be the best fit for your development project. Consider the Development Support level before deciding on this option.
